The Simple Version

Replogr is a free, offline workout tracker. Use it responsibly. Don't try to reverse-engineer or exploit it. We're not liable if you injure yourself while lifting. That's it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Replogr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. License & Usage Rights

What You Can Do:

• Use Replogr for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Install it on multiple devices you own
• Export and back up your workout data
• Share screenshots or results on social media

What You Can't Do:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Sell or redistribute Replogr
• Use it for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to extract the AI model

3. Beta Testing

Replogr is currently in Closed Beta. This means:

• The app may contain bugs or incomplete features
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• We appreciate bug reports and feedback
• Beta access may be revoked at any time

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

By using Replogr, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own health and safety
• The AI workout generator provides suggestions only, not professional advice
• You should consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program
• Improper exercise form or overtraining can cause injury
• We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues

5. Your Data

Your workout data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Backing up your data (via the app's export feature)
• Keeping your device secure
• Any data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, etc.

We do not provide cloud backups. If you lose your device, your data is gone unless you exported it.

6. Intellectual Property

Replogr, including its design, code, AI model, and branding, is owned by us. The workout data you create belongs to you.

7. No Warranty

Replogr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated workouts will meet your specific goals
• Compatibility with all devices or OS versions
• Future updates or support

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any injuries or health issues resulting from app use
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption

9. Termination

You can stop using Replogr anytime by uninstalling it. We may terminate beta access or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms. Major changes will be announced via the beta mailing list.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in Romanian courts.
